1. Order Processing
Orders can be placed through our mobile application ("the App") 24/7.
Orders placed before 8:00 PM will be processed for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be processed for delivery on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay for your order upon delivery. Please have the exact amount ready for the delivery person.
Prepaid: Pay for your order online using a credit/debit card, net banking, or other available payment methods.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 8:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.
Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders.
5. Delivery Area
We currently provide delivery services within Himachal Pradesh.
6. Tracking Your Order
You can track the status of your order through the App. Once your order is processed and out for delivery, you will receive a notification with the tracking details.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Upon successful delivery of your order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.
8. Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your order at the time of delivery, our delivery person will attempt to contact you. If delivery is unsuccessful, we will attempt delivery again on the same day or the next business day, depending on your preference.
